You should really pay attention to whenever your knees hurt and try to take measures against it when you feel it happening. As far a your diet goes, you consume lots of fruit so it must be way better than mine. Maybe too much dumplings? oh... and I mention again that there are much more genres of American music other than Folk.... even if you don't like Rock
